Shipping Options and Rates

Orders are typically shipped using economy ground shipping unless another method is selected at checkout. For orders over $39, U.S. domestic shipping is free. For orders under $39, a flat shipping fee of $7 will apply. Shipping fees and options will be displayed at checkout.

Order Processing time

Typically, orders containing items in stock are processed within 1 to 3 business days. We do not handle orders on holidays or weekends. Any order placed over the weekend or during a holiday will start processing on the following business day. During periods of high demand, there might be delays in shipping, extending the processing time.

Choice of Shipping Carrier

To ensure our customers receive their orders swiftly and at the lowest cost, we utilize Fedex Ground and USPS for shipping. The carrier is selected based on the most economical option and cannot be changed upon request. Delivery times for shipments generally range from 3 to 7 business days. Please note that external factors beyond our control may influence delivery times, and Shopfuku is not responsible for those delays.

Missing Packages

Shopfuku does not take responsibility for lost, stolen, or otherwise missing items that occur during shipment if the order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. Please make the proper arrangements to retrieve your order at the shipping address provided at the time of delivery.

Shipping for Orders with Multiple Items

If your order consists of several items, it's possible they may be shipped in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. In cases where not all items arrive simultaneously, please look for additional tracking information or reach out to our support team for help.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please email support@shopfuku.com with your order details as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request before your order is shipped. Please note that once an order has been shipped, we do not accept returns due to the steep discount of the products we offer.

International Orders

Currently, we do not offer shipping outside the United States. Any customs, duties, or additional fees associated with international shipments are the customer's responsibility.

    

Return Policy

At ShopFuku, we do not process returns or exchanges due to the significant discounts we offer. Our goal is to find these products their forever home, so if the sizing doesn’t work for you, we encourage you to resell or donate the item.
