"Fuku" (福) is the Japanese word for "good fortune." Our name is inspired by the concept of Fukubukuro, traditional Japanese "lucky bags" filled with surprises. At Fuku, we aim to bring you both incredible deals and the excitement of discovering hidden gems.
How do you offer such steep discounts?
We partner with top brands to help them manage their overstock and returned inventory. By selling these items on Fuku, we give them a second chance to find a new home, which also helps reduce waste and promotes sustainability.

Can I return or exchange an item?
Due to the significant discounts we offer, we do not process returns or exchanges. If an item doesn’t fit, we encourage you to resell or donate it. However, if you encounter an obvious quality issue, please reach out to us at support@shopfuku.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
What should I do if I need to change or cancel my order?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please email support@shopfuku.com with your order details as soon as possible. We’ll try our best to accommodate your request before the order is shipped. Once the order has shipped, it cannot be canceled.
What are your shipping options, rates, and policies?
Orders are typically shipped using economy ground shipping unless another method is selected at checkout. For orders over $38 (5 items or more), U.S. domestic shipping is free. For orders under $38, a flat shipping fee of $7 will apply. Shipping fees and options will be displayed at checkout.

How do you ensure the quality of the products?
While our items are either overstock or returned goods, we ensure that they are in excellent condition before offering them for sale. Every item in your Fuku bag is handpicked, and while we’ve done our best to ensure top-notch quality, there might be minor imperfections like small stains or loose threads. If anything affects your ability to wear the item, just send us an email with photos at support@shopfuku.com, and we’ll be happy to assist!

If you order "imperfect product", the items may have minor imperfections. These do not affect the overall wearability or functionality of the product. What does "imperfect product" mean?
In addition to overstock and returned goods, we also offer imperfect items at even greater
discounts. These imperfections don’t indicate poor quality; rather, they refer to minor
issues such as:
Slight Size Discrepancies: The item may have measurements that are a bit off from the
standard sizing but still wearable.
Minor Stitching Flaws: There might be some inconsistencies in the stitching, like loose
threads or slight misalignments.
Damaged or Missing Tags: The tags could be incomplete, damaged, or contain printing
errors.
Packaging Issues: The original packaging might be imperfect or missing, though the
product itself is unaffected.
Tiny Stains/Marks/Holes: The item might have small, barely noticeable stains or marks
that can often be removed with cleaning, or tiny snags/holes that don’t affect the
garment’s overall usability.
Mild Odor: A slight odor from storage, manufacturing, or try-ons, which typically
disappears after airing out or washing.
Minor Accessory Problems: Missing or flawed accessories such as buttons, zippers, or
removable decorations, provided they don’t impact the garment’s functionality.
These small imperfections allow us to offer these items at even steeper discounts, giving you
